冰糖葫蘆 is a famous traditional Northern Chinese snack consisting of several rock sugar-coated Chinese hawthorn on a bamboo skewer. You'll see vendors selling this sweet and sour treat usually in the middle of the street when it's winter.
Our chef got the inspiration from this traditional snack and puts her twist on it and brings us this version more suited to Hong Kong people’s palate!!
