Our Mille-Feuille Cake is made of 3 crispy layers of caramelised puff pastry with two kind of flavour: raspberry ganache, matcha mochi or mango mousse.
Special Flavour: Caramelize Banana( also know as Turon, a Filipino Famous caramelise fried banana snack). Our chef puts her twist on it and brings us this version more suited to Hong Kong people’s palate!
