Our Mille-Feuille Cake is made of 3 crispy layers of caramelised puff pastry with two kind of flavour: raspberry ganache, matcha mochi or mango mousse.
Special Flavour: Caramelize Banana( also know as Turon, a Filipino Famous caramelise fried banana snack). Our chef puts her twist on it and brings us this version more suited to Hong Kong people’s palate!

Was craving something sweet this week & decided to check out this bakery i've heard about from my friend! Best decision ever!
Mille feuille cakes have always been a guilty pleasure & this mango pomelo one was a pleasant surprise! The puff pastry was satisfyingly crispy and the mousse is rich and full bodied without being too sweet. 10/10 recommend
