I usually have no high hopes for vegan dessert, ‘cause they usually taste weird af. But this one tasted just like an actual banana cake, and a GOOD one!!!
The cake is moist 🤤, which is hard to find in vegan cakes. I can see actual banana pieces in the loaf as well! Recommend to reheat it as I prefer the texture more after it’s freshly heated.
Would come back to buy another loaf for a lazy Sunday brunch at home with some Earl grey tea ☕️ and chilling with some lo-fi beats 🎧☺️, or just simple every day breakfast at home with a strong cup of black coffee! 👩🏻💻
