I've brought this cake for my mom's birthday. Just like many elderly, my mom is kind of picky when it come to dessert due to her health condition, it makes quite a challenging task to find a cake which can satisfy my mom every year. But this cake is really fabulous, it can taste the natural sweet of the ingredients and so light, and the dates and pecan inside the cake makes a great texture. It's the first time I have my mom dig in the cake again and again these years, so greatful for having this fantastic cake, thank you.
